文化正义:一个生态学的论域

Cultural Justice: An Ecological Domain

长期以来,由于发展理念和发展方式的不尽合理,我国发展问题凸显。在文化层面的表现就是文化事业和文化产品发展滞后,文化建设弱化。导致多种文化形态竞相迸发,如马克思主义的与非马克思主义的、精英的与大众的、传统的与现代的、主流的与非主流的,进而引发文化占有分配消费的不均衡,文化遗产保护不力,文化正义问题凸显。其原因主要有忽视精神家园建设、环境失衡、腐败滋生、贫富不均等。展望未来,构建文化正义的生态环境是国家解决这一难题的必然选择,必须着力加强主流文化形态建设、文化正义制度建设、文化生态消费建设、法治文化建设。

Because the development idea and mode are unreasonable for a long time,the questions of development in our country are prominent.The display on the culture is cultural undertakings and products behind,and the construction for culture is weakened. This leads cultural forms competing,for example,Marxist and non-Marxist,elite and mass,traditional and modern,mainstream and non-mainstream and so on.Meanwhile,it leads to the imbalance of cultural possession,distribution and consumption,and the protection to cultural heritage which is inadequate.The result is that the problem of cultural justice is prominent.The main reasons include neglecting of spiritual home construction,environmental imbalance,corruption,inequality and so on.In the future,constructing the ecological environment of cultural justice is the inevitable choice for the country to solve this difficult problem.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of mainstream cultural,cultural justice system,cultural ecological consumption and the law culture.
