A Four-dimensional Review of the Modernization of State Governance for a New Era

新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设不仅包括经济、政治、文化、生态的现代化,还重点包括国家治理现代化。新时代实现国家治理现代化必须从以下四个维度着手,即"四个坚持":坚持中国共产党的领导核心地位,坚持新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导作用,坚持全面深化改革的发展动力,坚持构建人类命运共同体为全球治理提供中国方案。这也正是我国社会主义制度对实现国家治理现代化的优越性所在。

The modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era not only includes the modernization of economy, politics, culture, and ecology, but also includes the modernization of state governance. The modernization of national governance for a new era must begin with the following four dimensions, also known as ＂the Four Persistence＂ ： Adhere to the core status of the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, adhere to the guiding role of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, adhere to the driving force for development of comprehensively deepen reform, and adhere to build of a community with a shared future for mankind so as to provide a Chinese program for global governance. This is precisely the superiority of China＇ s socialist system in realizing the modernization of state governance.
