大学生心理资本对创业意愿的影响研究——以学业成就为中介

The Study about the Influence of Psychological Capital on Entrepreneurial Intent:Academic Achievement as an Intermediary Variable

本文使用问卷是通过QQ、微信等针对高校的学生收集到了444份有效电子问卷,调查了大学生创业意愿与心理资本、学业成就的关系.并据此得出:大学生学业成就和心理资本均正向影响创业意愿;而心理资本正向影响大学生学业成就;大学生学业成就是心理资本与创业意愿的不完全中介变量.

This paper uses questionnaire（ via the QQ,We Chat） to investigate some college students to collect 444 valid ones,which aim to find more about the relationship among the entrepreneurial intention of college students,their psychological capital and academic achievement. It concludes： The academic achievement of college students and psychological capital all have a positive function for entrepreneurial intentions; Psychological capital has a positive impact on academic achievement of college students; College students＇ academic achievement plays a vital intermediary role for psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention.
