摘要
青年教师是新建本科院校师资队伍中的主力军、生力军,其教学能力发展状况与学校教育教学质量水平的不断提升息息相关。本文采取书面调查和当面访谈相结合、随机抽样和分层抽样相结合的方式,选取山东省六所新建本科院校的546名青年教师为研究对象,对其教学能力发展现状进行问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0数据处理工具进行结果统计,从被调查对象的职前准备、教学氛围、教学工作认知、教学效能自评、教学能力提升等五个维度,分析研究目前我省新建本科院校青年教师教学能力发展现状及其影响因素,提出解决问题的对策与建议。
Young teachers had been the main force of teachers in newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities, whose teaching abilities were closely linked to the quality of the education in colleges and universities. The present study took the random sampling and stratified sampling method. A total of 546 young teachers from six newly-established colleges and universities in Shandong Province participated in the written surveys and interviews procedure at the initial assessment. Using the SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis, the current study aimed to examine status quo and factors of Young Teachers' Teaching ability in newly- established Colleges and Universities in Shundong Province. Measures aimed at solving problems may benefit from addressing factors, that potentially promote young teachers' teaching ability.
