1990年代以来日本的经济增长质量研究

Research on the Quality of Economic Growth in Japan since the 1990s

自从泡沫经济崩溃,日本经济就陷入了长期低迷,但并非简单地"失去了二十年"。在明确经济增长质量内涵的基础上,构建起适用于日本的综合经济评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法对日本1990—2014年间的经济增长质量进行了实证研究,并逐一深入分析了对有其影响的6个维度。结果表明:伴随着经济增长速度降低的是经济增长质量的较大提升;进一步说明,日本经济增长速度的放缓实际上是为经济增长质量的提高提供了改善空间,使其认识到自身经济发展存在的问题,从而进行相应的政策调整。

Since the collapse of the bubble economy,Japan＇s economic growth has fallen into a state of long-term downturn,but it cannot simply say that it has stagnated for 20 years. On the basis of clarifying the conno tation of the quality of economic growth,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system which is suitable for measuring the quality of economic growth of Japan,and empirically analyzed the quality of eco nomic growth in Japan from 1990 to 2014 using the principal component analysis method,then analyzed per tained six influence factors in depth. The results of the study show that with the decrease of the economic growth rate,the quality of Japan＇s economic growth has been greatly improved. Furthermore,the slowdown in Japan＇s economic growth has provided room for improvement in the quality of economic growth and has enabled Japan to recognize the problems existing in the economy and make corresponding policy adjustments so as to improve the quality of its economic growth.
