自走式苗期地膜收膜辊有限元模态及试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 以一种苗期农用地膜回收收膜辊中的弹齿为研究对象,运用UG软件建立了收膜辊的三维模型,基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对收膜辊的收膜弹齿进行了应力、变形、应变、安全因素分析,并在此基础上进行了有预应力模态分析。分析结果表明:收膜弹齿的总变形最大处在弹齿齿尖处,收膜弹齿最大应力与应变区域在弹齿底端与卷膜支架连接处,表明此连接处刚度最差,找到了收膜弹齿在工作过程中的薄弱环节;对卷膜辊前6阶模态进行分析,得出其对应振型及位移和最大位移发生部位,确定了卷膜辊的1阶模态为202.77 Hz,远大于卷膜辊工作频率,卷膜辊不会产生共振。 Taking the spring tooth of a seedling agricultural film recycling roller as the research object,the 3 D model of the film collector is established by UG software. Through the ANSYS Workbench,the stress,deformation,strain and safety factors of the spring tooth of the film collector are analyzed. On this basis,the prestress modal analysis is carried out. The analysis results show that the maximum total deformation of the film collector is at the tip of the spring tooth. The maximum stress and strain area of the spring tooth is the connection between the bottom of the spring tooth and the film support. It shows that the stiffness of the connection is the worst,and the weak link in the working process of the spring tooth of the film collector is found. The 6 order modes of the film collecting roller are analyzed,and the corresponding mode of vibration is obtained. The1 order mode of the film collecting roller is 202. 77 Hz,which is much larger than the working frequency of the film collecting roller.
