摘要
结合上海临港重装备产业区H36-02地块项目,对预制装配式建筑施工中灌浆套筒连接的技术特点和工艺流程进行了介绍,并从灌浆套筒性能影响因素、施工人员要求、进场检测、灌浆腔密封、灌浆作业、施工扰动等方面详细总结了施工质量控制措施,以期为预制装配式建筑的发展提供借鉴。
Combined with the plot H36-02 project of Shanghai Lingang Heavy Equipment Industrial Zone, the technical characteristics and process flow of the grouting sleeve connection in prefabricated building construction are introduced. In addition, a detailed summary of quality control measures based on several aspects including impact factors of grouting sleeve performance, requirements for construction workers, Incoming testing, sealing over the grouting sleeve, grouting operation, construction perturbation and so on are given in this paper, so as to provide references for the development of prefabricated buildings.
