市政隧道工程中的BIM技术应用

Application of BIM to Municipal Tunnel Engineering Construction

上海市杨高南路(世纪大道—浦建路)道路改建工程3标段需在已运营道路上进行公路隧道的不断交施工。工程面临复杂程度高、建设周期长、投资金额大、参建单位多、项目管理难等难题。为解决上述难点并提升项目管理水平,决定引入BIM技术。从施工模型的建立、各专业的链接、BIM管理平台的应用、工程算量等方面,对BIM技术在市政隧道工程施工中的应用进行了总结,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。

The third section of the road reconstruction project of Yanggao South Road （Century Avenue-Pujian Road） in Shanghai requires the continuous construction of highway tunnel on the already operating road. The project faces many difficulties such as high complexity, long construction period, large investment amount, many participating units, and difficult project management, and so on. In order to solve the above difficulties and improve the project management level, it was decided to introduce BIM technology. The application of BIM technology in the construction of municipal tunnel project has been summarized from the establishment of construction model, the linkage of various professions, the application of BIM management platform, and the calculation of construction quantity, etc., so as to provide references for similar projects.
