Construction project management is a systematic project.This article elaborates the content and significance of project management from aspects of safety, quality and progress. It also analyzes the influencing factors of project management from the subjective and objective aspects of human, machine, material, law and circle, and clarifies the typical problems of current project management. Finally, from the perspective of the relevant state regulatory agencies to the construction and construction units to explore the management of the issue of measures to enhance the construction of advance management and standardization to play a directional guidance.
