无砟轨道高速铁路桥梁线形控制技术研究

摘要 分析无砟轨道高速铁路桥梁线形控制技术,如顶面高程、整齐性特征制订无砟轨道桥梁顶面线性控制与混凝土浇筑后的梁面标高计算公式。以某工程为例,运用灰色理论和自适应控制对其桥梁挠度与预拱度进行探讨,线性控制实践证明,梁顶面线性控制适合应用在无砟轨道高速铁路桥梁施工中。 This paper analyzes the linear control technology of ballastless track high-speed railway bridges, and formulates the formula for calculating the elevation of balustrade after the top surface linear control and concrete pouring for ballastless track bridge based on its top elevation and regularity. Taking a project as an example, the author analyzes the deflection and pre-camber of the bridge by gray theory and adaptive control. The linear control proves that the top control of beam is suitable for the bridge construction of ballastless track high-speed railway, and the effect is remarkable.
