摘要 随着GB 50016—2014《建筑设计防火规范》的出版,依据新规范计算的疏散宽度比原规范大增,增加的宽度将近原来的1倍,楼梯的数量激增,导致商业建筑的使用率大打折扣,出于为开发商提供最优设计的目的,在不违反现有新规范的前提下,尽量减少商业的疏散宽度,从而达到减少疏散楼梯的数量,尽量提高商业建筑的有效使用面积,结合工程实例,总结了可有效降低商业疏散宽度的办法。 With the publication of GB 50016-2014 Fire Protection Code for Architectural Design, the width of evacuation is increased more than the original standard according to the new standard, the increase of the width is nearly 1 times that of the original, the number of staircases increases sharply, which leads to the discounts of the use rate of commercial buildings.On the premise of the new standard, we can minimize the width of the commercial evacuation, so as to reduce the number of evacuation staircases, improve the effective use area of commercial buildings as far as possible, and summarize the effective ways to reduce the commercial evacuation width.
