“一带一路”背景下安徽省农业科技“走出去”现状分析及发展对策——以安徽省农业科学院为例

Analysis of Current Situation and Developing Advices of Anhui Agricultural Science & Technology "Going Out" under "the Belt and Road Initiative" Background:a Case Study of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences

农业科技"走出去"是"一带一路"倡议下农业对外合作的新形势和国内农业技术不断发展的内在要求。文章以安徽省农业科学院为例,梳理了"一带一路"背景下安徽省农业科技"走出去"的基础条件和发展现状,提出了顺应国家部委的规划引导、利用好政府搭建的各类平台、深化与兄弟农科院之间的科技合作、不断提升自身科技实力并为企业提供技术支撑等促进安徽省农业科技"走出去"的对策。

＂Going out＂ of agricultural science and technology is a new trend of agricultural international cooperation and inner requirements of technical developments under ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂.Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the basic developing conditions and current situation of agricultural science exchange in Anhui Province were analyzed in the paper.Countermeasures for the future development were put forward,that is,comply with the guidance from related state departments,utilizing various platforms set up by the provincial government,deepening cooperation with neighboring provincial academies,improving self innovation abilities and providing technical support for agricultural enterprises.
