农业科研单位国际化能力建设的对策浅析——以江苏省农业科学院为例

Discussions on the Countermeasures for Improving International Competence of Agricultural Research Institutions:a Case Study of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences

文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,通过对照相关国际化水平评价指标,从科研人员、科研活动和科研产出等方面梳理了国际化水平现状,分析了存在的问题,如科研人员国际化水平较低、科研活动缺乏深层次的实质合作、科研产出的国际化表现形式单一等,并针对问题提出了内培外引有机结合、全面深化国际科技合作和完善科研业绩考核政策等促进农业科研单位国际化水平提升的对策。

Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case,and based on relevant international evaluation indexes,the status quo of the international competence was sorted out from the perspective of research scientists,activities and yields in the paper.The existing problems were analyzed,such as lower international level of scientific personnel,lack of deep and substantial cooperation of research activities,seldom of international output of research,etc.According to these problems,countermeasures were put forward,i.e.,integrating domestic and overseas staff training,deepening international scientific and technological cooperation,and upgrading evaluation policies for research performance.
