基于专利分析的杭州市校企合作态势研究

Research on Cooperation Trend of Hangzhou University-Industry Based on Patent Analysis

文章以杭州市校企合作专利信息为基础,利用文献计量学与知识图谱可视化技术对杭州市校企专利合作网络结构参数、合作网络图谱、合作稳定度及合作领域分布特征进行研究,以期为政府机构制定合理的产业政策及知识产权发展战略提供参考信息。研究结果表明:校企合作参与程度较低,合作网络规模小,网络结构松散,现存的合作关系缺乏稳固性与持久性;高校在校企合作关系中表现活跃,尤以浙江大学突出;同一技术领域的组织易结成稳固的合作小团体;基础建设行业逐渐成为新的研究热点。

Based on the data of university-industry cooperation patent in Hangzhou,this paper uses bibliometrics and map visualization technology to analyze the patent cooperation network structure parameters,the cooperative network map,the cooperation stability and the cooperation field distribution characteristics,in order to provide reference information for departments to formulate industrial policies and intellectual property development strategies.The results showed that ability of university-industry cooperative innovation was insufficient,the scale of cooperation network was small,the network structure was loose,and the existing cooperative relationship lacked stability and persistence.The university was active in university-industry cooperation,especially Zhejiang University.Organization of the same research field has formed a solid cooperative group and the infrastructure industry has becoming a new research hotspot.
