芍药有效成分与药理活性研究进展

Advance in Studies on Effective Components and Pharmacological Activities of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.

芍药含芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、丹皮酚等多种活性成分,具有消炎保肝、解痉镇痛、抗惊厥和抗氧化等药理作用,应用越来越广泛,市场需求量也越来越大。但由于其自然条件下种子萌发率低,生长周期长,市场上出现了芍药资源供不应求的局面。因此,本综述将从芍药资源分布及生长特性、有效成分、药理活性及机制等方面进行阐述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望,以期为芍药的合理开发利用提供参考。

Paeonia lactiflora Pall. contains a variety of active constituents such as paeoniflorin, albiflorin and paeonol and it has various phamacological effects such as analgesic, spasmolysis, liver protection, antihypoxic and antimalarial. It has been more and more widely used and the market demand has also been bigger and bigger.However, because of the low germination rate under its natural conditions and long growth period, the resources of peony are in short supply in the market. Therefore, the present review would focus on the resource distribution,growth characteristics, effective components, pharmacological effects and mechanism of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.,the future research directions of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. would also be discussed, in an effort to offer theoretical references for its rational exploitation and utilization.
