肾康汤对老年急性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效观察

Shen Kang Pill to the Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Acute Renal Failure

为了探究分析肾康汤治疗老年急性肾衰竭的临床效果,本研究随机选取我院在2013年1月至2016年1月期间收治的60例老年急性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）,其中对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加肾康汤治疗,2个疗程后,对比观察两组患者的肾功能指标尿素氮、血肌酐及内生肌酐清除率的变化情况。研究显示,治疗后,观察组患者的尿素氮（15.8±5.9）mmol/L、血肌酐（298.6±125.8）μmol/L及内生肌酐清除率（21.9±8.6）m L·min^-1·1.73m^-2明显高于对照组（p〈0.05）,且观察组患者的临床治疗有效率（93.3%）远远高于对照组（60.0%）,两组比较具有统计学意义（p〈0.05）。本研究表明肾康汤能够有效改善老年急性肾衰竭患者的肾功能指标,且有助于提高临床治疗有效率,值得临床推广应用。

To explore the clinical effect of Shenkang decoction in the treatment of senile acute renal failure, This study randomly selected from our hospital from January 2013 to January 2013 in admitted during the period of 60 cases of elderly patients with acute renal failure as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group（n=30） and control group（n=30）, the control group were treated by routine western medicine treatment, the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of increasing Shen Kang pill blasting treatment, after four treatment, observed two groups of patients＇ renal function indexes of urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and changes of the endogenous creatinine clearance. Research shows that after treatment, the observation group of patients with urea nitrogen tendency for L（15.8＋5.9）, serum creatinine（298.6-125.8） μmol/L and endogenous creatinine clearance rate（21.9＋8.6） for m L·min^-1·1.73 m^-2 significantly higher than the control group（p〈0.05）, and the observation group of patients with clinical treatment efficient（93.3%） is much higher than the control group（60.0%）, comparing the two groups have statistical significance（p〈0.05）. This study shows that Shenkang decoction can effectively improve the renal function in elderly patients with acute renal failure, and help to improve the clinica effective, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
