摘要
探讨康妇消炎栓对盆腔炎性疾病(PID)大鼠子宫组织表达血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)和黏蛋白-1(MUC-1)的影响。将90只SPF级大鼠按体质量随机分为6组,分别为空白对照组、假手术组、造模组、单用抗生素组(克林霉素10 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)、单用康妇消炎栓组(1.72 g·kg^-1·d^-1)、抗生素+康妇消炎栓组,每组均为15只。除空白对照组及假手术组大鼠外,其余大鼠均采用单侧子宫内放置塑料管造模PID大鼠。造模15 d起对造模大鼠给予相应灌肠、灌胃处理21 d后,检测各组大鼠子宫肿胀度、炎症反应及大鼠子宫中炎性因子VEGF、EGF、MUC-1的表达水平。结果显示,与模型组比较,康妇消炎栓组大鼠子宫组织的VEGF表达明显降低,EGF和MUC-1的表达明显升高(p〈0.05)。康妇消炎栓能够抑制PID大鼠子宫组织表达VEGF,增强EGF和MUC-1的表达,说明康妇消炎栓对PID大鼠有明显的治疗效果。
To investigate the effects of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), epidermal growth factor(EGF) and mucin-1(MUC-1) in uterine tissue of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) rats. 90 SPF rats were randomly divided into 6 groups according to their body weight, which were blank control group, sham operation group, model group and antibiotic group(Clindamycin 10 mg·kg^-1·d^-1).The Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository group(1.72 g·kg^-1·d^-1), antibiotic+Kang Fu Xiaoyan suppository group, each group was 15 rats. Except for the blank control group and the sham-operated group, the rats in the other rats were placed in a single-sided uterus to place a plastic tube to model the PID rats. On the 15 th day after model establishment, the rats were given the corresponding enema and gavage treatment for 21 days. The uterine swelling degree, inflammatory reaction and the expression levels of inflammatory factors VEGF, EGF and MUC-1 in rat uterus were detected. The results showed that compared with the model group, the expression of VEGF in the uterus of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository group was significantly decreased, and the expression of EGF and MUC-1 was significantly increased(p〈0.05). Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository can inhibit the expression of VEGF in uterus of PID rats, and enhance the expression of EGF and MUC-1, indicating that Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository has obvious therapeutic effect on PID rats.
