低年级学龄儿童弱视治疗的干预性护理实施效果

Effect of intervention nursing on amblyopia treatment in low grade school-age children

目的探讨低年级学龄儿童弱视治疗的实施干预性护理的应用效果。方法 2013年3月至2015年3月,选择在本院接受治疗的弱视患儿102例作为研究对象,随机分组,每组51例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合性护理干预,观察2组护理效果及依从性。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率98.04%显著优于对照组80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿弱视治疗护理实施综合性护理干预可改善患儿症状,并进一步提高患儿依从性,促使其积极配合治疗,保证疗效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the application of intervention nursing on the amblyopia treatment inlow grade school-age children. Methods From March 2013 to March 2015, 102 children with amblyopia were randomly re-cruited as the research objects, and they were divided into an observation group and a control group（51 cases of each group）.The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing inter-vention, and the nursing effect and compliance of the two groups were investigated and compared. Results The therapeuticeffective rate of the observation group was 98.04%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（80.39%, P〈0.05）. The compliance in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for children with amblyopia treatment can improve the symptoms of the children andfurther improve the compliance of the children,, and it is worthy of promotion.
