摘要
以临渭区交斜镇的典型生活污水工程为例,研究了ABR反应器对处理该类生活污水的实际处理效果。从反应器的启动、HRT影响、耐冲击负荷影响、氮磷去除效果等各方面进行了试验研究。结果表明,历时约60 d左右,COD出水浓度维持在100 mg/L以下,去除率在85%左右,反应器启动成功,该工艺的最佳水力停留时间为10 h,COD去除率达到86.8%,且ABR反应器具有较强的耐冲击负荷能力,但相对而言,氨氮去除效果不佳,甚至有局部升高的现象,建议通过增加后续人工湿地方法实现脱氮除磷目的。
Taking the typical domestic sewage project of Lingwei district Jiaoxie town as an example, the actual treatment effect of ABR reactor on this kind of domestic sewage was studied. The experiments were carried out from the aspects of the startup of the reactor, the influence of HRT, the influence of impact load and the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus. The results showed that the COD in effluent was maintained below 100 mg/L for about 60 days, and the removal rate was about 85%,the reactor was successfully launched, the optimal hydraulic retention time of the process was 10 h, the removal rate of COD was 86.8%, and the ABR reactor had a strong resistance to impact load. However, in relative terms, the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen was not good, and there was even a local increase, it's suggested that the purpose of nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal should be achieved by adding a follow-up artificial wetland method.
