用于降压增注的双子表面活性剂在渤海油砂上的吸附行为 被引量:11

摘要 研究了Gemini表面活性剂QX-1在渤海油砂上的吸附机理,并与DTAB进行了对比;同时考察了注水矿化度和p H值对QX-1吸附的影响。结果表明,当温度为194 K时,QX-1在渤海油砂上的饱和吸附量为15.1 cmol/kg,约等于渤海油砂的CEC值,阳离子交换吸附是主要的吸附机理。吸附等温线更符合Langmuir模型。QX-1在渤海油砂上达到平衡吸附的时间为8 h左右,吸附速率较DTAB慢。其饱和吸附量随温度的升高而降低,吸附属于放热反应。另外,随着矿化度的升高,吸附量下降,而p H值对吸附量的影响较小。 The adsorption mechanism of gemini surfactant QX-1 on Bohai oil sand was studied and compared with DTAB. The effect of injected water salinity and p H on QX-1 adsorption was also investigated. The results showed that, when the temperature was 194 K, the saturated adsorption capacity of QX-1 on Bohai oil sand was 15.1 cmol/kg, approximately equal to the CEC value of Bohai oil sand, and cation exchange adsorption was the main adsorption mechanism. The adsorption isotherms was more in line with the Langmuir model. The equilibrium adsorption time of QX-1 on Bohai oil sand was about 8 h, and its adsorption rate was slower than that of DTAB. The saturation adsorption capacity decreased with increasing of temperature, and the adsorption was spontaneous exothermic process In addition, with the increase of salinity, the amount of adsorption decreased, while the value of p H had little influence on the amount of adsorption.
