摘要 陕西某石油化工有限公司煤焦油加氢二反压差上升,装置生产能力被迫下降,无法正常生产停工撇头。从原料油性质,反应器顶部和瓷球结垢、催化剂结焦粉化等方面分析了二反加氢反应器压差过大的问题,提出在催化剂上层增加保护剂,严格控制原料油中金属、氯离子和水含量,检修时清除炉管里焦炭,加强日常操作平稳等手段,使催化剂床层压差稳定在设计值以下,达到了较好的操作效果,并提出了装置长期运行建议。 The operating capacity of the coal tar hydrogenation unit in Shaanxi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was limited because of excessive pressure drop in the second reactor. The causes of excessive pressure drop were analyzed from the aspects of feedstock properties, fouling in the top section of reactor, coking and powdering of catalyst. The measures were taken, such as using protective agent in upper catalyst bed layer, controlling the content of metal, chlorine ion and water in feedstock, timely decoking of furnace tube during shutdown for maintenance, and strengthening reliable smooth operation, and so on. So the pressure drop was maintained at lower than the design value, the operation effect was realized. In addition, recommendations for long-term operation were proposed.
