摘要
针对传统A2/O废水处理工艺在处理中存在的问题,结合MBR生物膜处理工艺的特点,提出一种基于A2/O+MBR的废水处理综合工艺流程。分析了A2/O的原理,以及其存在的问题。改进了试验装置,对A2/O+MBR运行的参数和膜进行设计,通过重铬酸钾法、钼锑抗分光光度法等对COD、总氮和总磷等进行测量,得到该工艺处理的结果。通过试验结果看出,构建的A2/O+MBR改进工艺在处理效果较传统的A2/O单独处理工艺好,具有一定的可行性。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional A2/O wastewater treatment process and the characteristics of the MBR biofilm treatment process, a comprehensive wastewater treatment process based on A2/O+MBR was proposed. In this article, the principle of A2/O process was first analyzed as well as its existing problems, and then test device was improved, and the operation parameters and membrane of A2/O+MBR process were designed. COD, total nitrogen and total phosphorus of treated wastewater were determined by potassium dichromate method, molybdenum antimony anti spectrophotometric method and so on. The results showed that the A2/O+MBR process had better effect than the traditional A2/O process, and it had a certain feasibility.
