摘要
丁苯橡胶装置后处理使用风送管道进行胶粒输送,有效避免了胶粒气味的扩散、保护环境,提高了胶粒输送的效率同时也节约生产空间,但管道接口处易结硬垢。在生产过程中硬垢与一定速度的胶粒接触,且受一定温度、压力的热风作用下极易脱落并随胶粒进入干燥箱、压块机,最后被分解成小块残留在胶块内,影响成品胶外观质量并给下游厂家使用带来诸多不变。通过研究垢的元素组成,分析生产过程中可能含有相应元素的阶段或物质,从根源上彻底解决风送管道结构问题。
Colloidal particles during post-treatment process in the styrene butadiene rubber plant are transferred by pneumatic duct, which can avoid the spread of the smell of colloid to protect the environment, and improve the efficiency of transporting colloidal particles. But hard scale is easy formed at the interface of pipes, in the process of production, the hard scale is easy to fall off and is blown into drying box and press block machine under the impact of hot air with certain temperature and pressure, which will affect the appearance quality of the finished products and bring many inconveniences to the downstream manufacturers. The problem in air supply pipeline has been solved by studying the elemental composition of the scale and finding out the phases or substances that may produce corresponding elements in the production process.
