摘要
射孔作为完井工程的重要技术手段成为油气藏开发过程中的重要环节,对射孔参数的系列数值模拟计算和优选已成为当今倍受关注的研究课题之一。以工程实际问题为例,在采用低固相射孔液、射孔初始射流速度160 m/s、喷嘴直径1 mm、喷嘴与射孔壁距离20 mm条件下,利用有限元法通过数值模拟计算研究射孔液密度对射孔效果产生的影响。分析结果表明该射孔液密度为1.15 g/cm3时,射孔液对岩石碎屑的提携效果、射孔液的有效射程、射孔液打击力的大小和提升速度以及套管壁射孔周围区域的强度均达到较为理想的效果。
Perforating as an important technology in well completion has become a key step in the development process of oil and gas reservoirs. Today, calculation and optimization on perforating parameters by numerical simulation is one of the popular research topics. In this article, based on a engineering case, the influence of the density of perforating fluid on the perforating effect was studied by finite element method. The detail conditions were as follows: using lower-solid perforating fluid,the initial velocity of perforating was 160 m/s, the diameter of nozzle was 1 mm,and the distance between the nozzle and the well wall was 20 mm. The results showed that the satisfactory results were obtained when the density of the perforating fluid was 1.15 g/cm3.
