局部区域中间层镂空双层经编提花织物开发

Development of Double- layer Warp Knitted Jacquard Fabric with Partly Hollow out Effect

基于热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)的高弹性与高强度特点,采用16.0 tex TPEE单丝、16.7 tex/48 f阳离子涤纶变形丝(CDP)、11.1 tex/36 f涤纶变形丝为原料,利用双针床单贾卡经编机,开发一款具有双贾卡效果且中间层具有镂空视觉效果的双层经编提花织物。详细介绍原料选择、织物设计及编织工艺,并对织物的耐挠、耐磨、撕扯强度、拉力强度、缝接强度进行测试。结果表明,开发的双层经编提花织物符合开发设想的外观效果,具有仿蕾丝视觉效果,并且耐磨性好、透气性好、强度高。

Based on thermoplastic polyester elastomer（TPEE） has the characteristics of high elasticity and strength, a kind of double-layer warp knitted jacquard fabric with double jacquard effect and hollow out effect in middle layer was developed by using 16.0 tex TPEE monofilament, 16.7 tex/48 f cationic textured polyester filament（CDP） and 11.1 tex/36 f polyester textured yarn on double needle bar single jacquard warp knitting machine. The material selection, fabric structure design and knitting process were introduced in detail, and the flexure, abrasion resistance, tearing strength, tensile strength and stitching strength of the fabric were tested. The results show that the double-layer warp knitted jacquard fabric accords with the appearance effect of the development ideas, which has the visual effect of imitation lace, and has good abrasion resistance, good air permeability and high strength.
