摘要
常规前处理涤纶织物的喷墨印花易发生不同程度的渗化,文中采用自制的预处理剂TG-1对涤纶织物进行喷墨印花免水洗预处理,探讨预处理剂TG-1对涤纶织物喷墨印花渗化、K/S值及耐摩擦色牢度的影响。结果表明,喷墨印花墨水在涤纶织物上的渗化主要因为织物的毛细管效应,通过控制毛细管效应可控制涤纶织物喷墨印花墨水的渗化;经过预处理剂TG-1预处理的涤纶织物,明显地控制了墨水的渗化,提高了织物的K/S值,且固色后不经水洗能达到耐摩擦色牢度的要求,达到了涤纶织物喷墨印花免水洗的目的。
Ink-jet printing may cause permeation in polyester fabric to some extent after conventional pre-treatment. This paper used the pretreatment agent TG-1 to pretreat the polyester fabric without water washing, and discussed the effect of pretreatment agent TG-1 on the permeation, K/S value and rubbing fastness of the inkjet printing polyester fabric. The results show that the permeation of printing ink in polyester fabric is mainly caused by capillary effect, and ink permeation can be controlled through the control of capillary effect. Polyester fabric pretreated with pretreatment agent TG-1 can control the ink permeation and improve the K/S value of the fabric, and the color fastness to rubbing can be achieved without washing after fixing color.
