煤矿岗位标准作业流程的理论基础及其成效分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用理论研究、实例论证等方法对煤矿安全事故致因理论进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了一套基于"多米诺骨牌"效应的因果连锁交叉理论。研究得出:流程的编制是以不安全行为理论、因果连锁交叉理论、危险源的辨识及融合为基础的,具有科学性和强大的生命力。流程可切断人的不安全行为或物的不安全状态这一块骨牌,来阻断"多米诺骨牌"效应的发生,从而有效地预防了事故的发生。同时,这也揭示了流程在安全、降本增效、员工技能和人才培养方面取得成效的原因。标准作业流程有效规范了员工的操作,提升了员工技能水平,"三违"现象和事故起数大大降低,生产效率得到了提高。 Based on theoretical analysis and case study, this paper analyzes the cause theory of coal mine safety accidents, and proposes a set of causal linkage crossover theory based on the"domino effect". It is concluded that the compilation of the process with scientific and strong vitality is based on the theory of unsafe behavior, the causal linkage and crossover theory and the identification and integration of hazards. The process can cut off the unsafe behavior of people or the unsafe state of things, so as to block the occurrence of the"domino effect"and effectively prevent accidents. At the same time, the standard operating process effectively standardizes the operation of employees, improves the skill level of employees, reduces the phenomenon of "three violations"and the number of accidents, and improves production efficiency.
