摘要
为减少煤矿事故的发生并探讨矿工不安全操作的心理动因,基于安全心理学的核心原理,运用系统动力学的方法,构建影响矿工不安全操作行为的心理因素影响模型;基于王庄煤矿调查数据,运用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行动态仿真试验;在分析仿真结果的基础上,对矿工的不安全操作行为提出4种改进管理模式。结果表明:通过改善工作环境、降低工作强度、加大领导关怀、加强安全教育、加大奖惩力度等方案,可有效控制矿工不安全操作的行为。
In order to reduce the accidents and investigate the psychological causes of miners' unsafe operation, a system model was built for the psychological factors to construct the miners' unsafe operation behavior based on safety psychology combined with the principle of system dynamics. Based on the survey data of Wangzhuang Coal Mine, the dynamic simulation of the model was carried out by using Vensim PLE. Based on the analysis of the simulation results, 4 improved management models are proposed for the unsafe operation behavior of miners. The results show that: by improving the working environment, reducing the intensity of work, increasing the leadership care, strengthening safety education, strengthening incentives and penalties, we can effectively control the unsafe behavior of miners.
