血叶兰的开发利用研究概况

The Present Status and Future Aspect of development and Utilization in Medicinal Plant Ludisia Discolor

以国内外文献资料为基础,对药用植物血叶兰的文献考证、生物学性状、栽培技术及药用研究现状进行综述,为进一步开发应用其潜在价值提供一定的理论基础。血叶兰最早记载于慈济宫保生大帝药签,药用历史悠久。目前,对其研究主要集中在资源保护、野生驯化、组织培养、无菌播种等栽培技术方面,其药用活性成分提取、药效学分析及活性化合物结构鉴定等方面的研究尚未见报道。因此,在引种栽培的同时,须加强其药理和药用价值的研究,对有开发价值的化合物进行结构修饰和构效关系的研究。

In the basis of relevant literature at home and abroad, the paper reviewed the literature textual criticism, biological properties, cultivation techniques and medicinal researches of Ludisia discolor, it provides a theoretical basis for further development and application of its potential value. Ludisia discolor was first recorded in the Bao - sheng - da - di swab of Tzu Chi Palace, which has a long history of medicinal use. At present, the researches mainly focused on the cultivation techniques resource protection, wild domestication, tissue culture and aseptic sowing. But the researches on the extraction of medicinal active ingredients, pharmacodyna- mic analysis and structure identification of active compounds has not yet been reported. Therefore, at the same time, the study of phar- macology and medicinal value should be strengthened, and the structure modification and structure - activity relationship of the com- pounds with developing value should be studied：
