生态脆弱区农户收入贫困与多维贫困的关系研究——基于陕南安康市1404份调查问卷的实证分析

Relationship between income poverty and multidimensional poverty of rural households in ecological vulnerable area

基于陕南安康市的实地调研数据,运用IV Probit模型探讨了生态脆弱区农户家庭收入贫困与多维贫困的关系。研究结果表明:1)作为当前贫困测量的主流方法,收入贫困测量会忽略农户的多维贫困。2)收入贫困对农户多维贫困有显著的负向影响,收入水平提升显著降低其陷入多维贫困的概率。具体地,农户增收显著降低了其教育、住房、能源和家庭资产维度的贫困发生率,但却增加了农户脆弱性贫困发生率,同时对健康贫困的影响不显著。3)移民增收显著降低了农户陷入教育、住房和脆弱性维度的贫困发生率,但对多维贫困以及健康、能源和家庭资产贫困发生率的影响不显著,而当地户收入水平的提升可以显著降低其多维贫困发生率。

Based on the survey data of rural households in Ankang,Shaanxi,we used IV Probit model to discuss the relationship between income poverty and multidimensional poverty of rural households in ecological vulnerable area. The results show that： Firstly,as the mainstream method of poverty measurement,income poverty measurement will ignore the multidimensional poverty of rural households. Secondly,income poverty has a significant negative impact on the multidimensional poverty of rural households,and the increase of income level significantly reduces the probability of falling into multidimensional poverty. Specifically,the increase of household＇s income significantly reduces the incidence of poverty in education,housing,energy and family assets,but increases the probability of vulnerability poverty and the impact on health poverty is not significant. Thirdly,the relocated people＇s income increase significantly reduced the incidence of households falling into education,housing and the vulnerability of the dimensions of poverty,but the multidimensional poverty as well as health,energy and family assets poverty incidence are not significantly affected,while the local household＇s income level increase can significantly reduce the incidence of multidimensional poverty.
