摘要 目的 探讨常规支气管镜、超声支气管镜损坏状况.方法 回顾分析煤炭总医院2013年1月至2017年6月常规支气管镜、超声支气管镜损坏及维修情况,分析其构成、花费情况.结果 常规支气管镜操作6 833次,发生损坏维修25次,共10类损坏情况,其中弯曲管压痕变形、蛇管压伤最多,占30.00%,橡皮漏水情况占21.67%.超声支气管镜操作469次,发生损坏维修7次,主要损坏为钳道漏水,占50.00%,设备老化占20.00%.超声支气管镜维修率较常规支气管镜高(1.49%比0.37%,x2=12.771,P=0.000 352),常规支气管镜单次操作维修花费32.06元,超声支气管镜单次操作维修花费232.23元.结论 超声支气管镜较常规支气管镜易发生损坏,维修花费相对较高. Objective To detect the damagement of tranditional electric bronchoscope and ultrasonic bronchoscope.Methods Damage and repairment of tranditional electric bronchoscope and ultrasonic bronchoscope in Meitan General Hospital during January 2013 and June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The variation of damage and the repairment cost were analyzed.Results Tranditional electric bronchoscope was performed for 6 833 times,and were damaged and repaired for 25 times.Ten kinds of damage were reported,of which deformation of the curved tube and crush of the snake tube were the most common (30.00 %),rubber leakage accounted for 21.67 %.Ultrasonic bronchoscope was performed for 469 times,and were damaged and repaired for seven times.The most common damage was scope channel leakage (50.00%),aging of the device accounted for 20.00%.The repairment rate of the ultrasonic bronchoscope was higher than that of the tranditional electric bronchoscope (1.49% vs 0.37%,x2=12.771,P =0.000 352).The repairment cost of tranditional electric bronchoscope was 32.06 yuan per time,while that of ultrasonic bronchoscope 232.23 yuan per time.Conclusions Ultrasonic bronchoscope is easiler to be damaged than tranditional electric bronchoscope,and the repairment cost of ultrasonic bronchoscope is higher.
