38CrMoAl圆钢中夹渣微观结构和组分分析

摘要 以38CrMoAl钢中夹渣缺陷为研究对象,运用扫描电镜、电子探针等现代先进分析手段对夹渣微观结构和组分进行了分析。结果表面,38CrMoM铜中的夹渣是保护渣卷入铜中造成的,而夹渣中较多的氟化钙可以说明冶炼保护渣中w(CaO)/w(CaF2)比值不符合常规的工艺要求,其对炉衬有浸蚀,并对环境有一定的危害。在工艺过程中可以严格控制氟化钙的加入,达到保护环境,绿色冶炼的环保目标。 The microstructure and chemical content of the slag inclusion of the 38CrMoA1 steel was analyzed by the SEM and EPMA. The results showed that the covering slag was invloved to the liquid steel, which caused the slag inclusion of the 38CrMoAl sample. The amount of CaF2 in the slag inclusion indicated that the w(CaO)/w(CaF2) ratio in the covering slag did not meet the ordinary smelting requirment. And it also caused the errosion of the brasque and was harmful to the enviroment. The strict controlling of the CaF: adding in the smelting process could prevent the slag inculsion, and protect the the enviroment, and realize the green smelting.
