摘要
使用PDA-5500S型直读光谱仪对石油套管用钢的化学成分进行了分析检测,根据JJF1059.1—2012技术标准,对钢中锰含量的不确定度进行评定,建立了数学模型,确定了不确定度的来源,从标准不确定度的A类评定和B类评定入手,确定了不确定度的分量,最后对各个分量进行计算合成,形成钢中Mn元素的不确定度评定报告。
The chemical composition of oil casing steel was analyzed by PDA-5500S direct reading spectrometer, according to the technological standard of JJF1059.1-2012, the uncertainty of element Mn in steel was evaluated, the mathematical model was established, the source of uncertainty was determined, and each component of uncertainty are calculated based on type A and B evaluation of standard uncertainty. Finally, the components of uncertainty are synthesized, the uncertainty evaluation report of the element Mn in steel was produced.
