摘要
目前,国内钢铁行业湿式烟气净化工艺得以普遍应用,然而在实践中,钢铁行业含尘烟气中钙镁元素较多.导致湿法烟气净化系统中易产生结垢和堵塞、腐蚀及磨损等问题。合理选用阻垢剂来提高阻垢效率,降低系统投资与运行成本,已成为目前钢铁行业湿法烟气净化领域的研究热点。本文总结了湿法烟气净化系统结垢的类型和机理,通过实验模拟得出结垢速率,除尘水+底泥的结垢量相对较高,平均结垢速率为140.73mg/d;单独除尘水结垢量相对较低,平均结垢速率为106.18mg/d;净环水结垢速率为13.07mg/d。并通过添加阻垢剂对比阻垢效果,其中对除尘水+底泥结垢速率降至109.30mg/d;单独除尘水结垢速率降为93.47mg/d;净环水结垢速率降为9.50mg/d。
At present, the wide application of wet flue gas purification technology in domestic iron and steel industry has effectively controlled many kinds of pollutants. However, in practice, there are many calcium and magnesium elements in the flue gas of iron and steel industry, which lead to the problems of scaling and blockage, corrosion and wear in the wet flue gas purification system. Reasonable selection of scale inhibitor to improve scale inhibition efficiency and reduce system investment and operation cost became a hot spot in the field of wet flue gas purification in iron and steel industry. In this paper, the types and mechanism of scale formation in wet flue gas purification system were summarized. The scaling rate was obtained by experimental simulation. The dust removal amount of the dedusting water + sediment was relatively high, and the average fouling rate was 140.73 mg/d; the amount of separate dedusting water was relatively low, and the average fouling rate was 106.18 mg/d; the net water scaling rate was 13.07 mg/d. Besides the scale inhibition effect was contrasted by adding scale inhibitor. Among them, the fouling rate of the dedusting water + sediment was reduced to 109.30 mg/d; the fouling rate of the separate dedusting water was reduced to 93.47 mg/d; the net water scaling rate was reduced to 9.50 mg/d.
