摘要
在当今经济日益繁荣的时代,人们的生活水平稳步上升,对生活的质量也愈发重视。而作为生活中必不可少的食物,却也随即出现了各种安全问题。因此食品的监管迫在眉睫。研究构想了一个基于物联网的食品安全信息追溯系统的模型,希望可以通过RFID标签和传感器,对食品的整个生产流程、销售等环节以及生产环境进行有效的信息采集,消费者可以通过网页查询到该食品的全方位记录以及生产厂家的情况。
In today's era of booming economy,the people's standard of living has risen steadily and more attention is paid to the quality of life. Food is an essential role in the daily life,however,it also appears a variety of security issues. So food regulation is imminent. The paper envisions a model of food safety traceability information system based on Internet of Things engineering. It is expected that effective informations could be collected about the whole process of food production,sales and production environment through RFID tags and sensors,consumers could query the comprehensive records of the food and the factories' situations through the webpage.
