摘要
对贵州银星集团研发的纳米型低汞催化剂进行了工业化放大使用试验。试验结果表明:(1)在乙炔平均空间流速为20 h-1条件下,纳米低汞催化剂在前后台转化器分别使用213天和191天时,出口乙炔体积分数分别低于30%与2%;(2)前台转化器的总体温度低于170℃,后台转化器温度相对较为稳定,为136℃左右,其催化转化率和使用寿命高于普通型低汞触媒。
The nano-sized low-level mercury catalysts developed by Guizhou Silver Star Group had been used in industrial scale-up experiment. The experimental results showed that: (1) under the condition of the average velocity of acetylene 20 h^-1, the volume fraction of acetylene in exit gas was lower than 30% and 2% respectively when the nano-sized low-level mercury catalysts were used for 213 days in the first-stage and 191 days in the second-stage converter. (2)the temperature of first-stage convertor was overaU lower than 170℃, and the temperature of second-stage convertor remained stable at about 136℃. The conversion and service life of the catalysts were higher than that of ordinary low-level mercur/ catalysts.
