The basic principle of on-line volatile analyzer was introduced. Because there was not a on-line volatile analyzer in the original production process and the result of manual analysis laged behind, the central control could not play its due role. With the addition of on-line volatile analyzer, not only was the desired design effect achieved, but also the output of PVC was increased, and the steam consumption was reduced. Therefore, a good effect was obtained.
