黄土对风积砂质高浓度胶结充填材料性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨黄土对风积砂质高浓度胶结充填材料性能的影响,采用含水率试验、坍落度试验和单轴抗压强度试验研究了黄土掺量为0~29.4%的高浓度胶结充填材料各龄期结石体含水率、抗压强度和坍落度的变化规律。结果表明:充填材料结石体3、7、14 d龄期的含水率随着黄土掺量的增加而增加;黄土的添加不会显著降低风积砂质高浓度充填材料的强度,而且随着黄土含量的增加以及龄期的增长,充填材料的强度会逐渐增长,最终呈现少量的提高;添加0~11.8%的黄土对材料的流动性影响不大,但掺量超过11.8%时材料的流动性能急剧下降。 To study the influence of loess on performance of cemented and high concentration backfill material with aeolian sand,the moisture content of stone body at different ages, the strength and slump were studied with different dosages of loess from 0 to29.4% by water content test, slump test and compression strength test. The results show that: the moisture content of filling material stone body at 3 days, 7 days and 14 days increases with the increase of loess content; the strength of cemented and high concentration backfill material with aeolian sand will not decrease significantly by the addition of loess, moreover, with the increase of loess content and the growth of age, the strength of backfill material will gradually increase; the fluidity of the material varies little with the addition of 0 to 11.8% loess, but it will drops sharply as the content of loess is more than 11.8%.
