摘要 为了有效治理某深井矿山因穿越断层造成的巷道涌水,保证矿山安全生产,采用探地雷达与钻探相结合的方法对涌水区域进行综合探测,对含水区域分布情况进行了研究,将巷道涌水区域自顶板向上依次划分为顶板空洞区、导水断裂带和富水破碎区。在此基础上,提出并实施了"帷幕注浆截流+浅部注浆加固+深部逐层引流注浆"的治理方案,先实施帷幕注浆构筑止浆层,再进行浅部注浆加固围岩,最后进行深部逐层引流并注浆。结果表明:该方案能有效封堵巷道断层涌水,减水率达99.2%,且治理后围岩完整性及稳定性较好,达到预期目标。 In order to effectively control the water inrush in the roadway caused by crossing faults in a deep mine and ensure the safe production of the mine, the integrated detection of the water inrush area is carried out by the method of ground penetrating radar and drilling, and the distribution of the water bearing area is studied. The water inrush area is divided into the roof cavity zone, water fissure zone and water rich fractured zone from the roof in turn. On this basis, the treatment scheme of "curtain grouting + shallow grouting reinforcement + deep drainage grouting layer by layer"was proposed and implemented. The curtain grouting was first implemented to construct the grouting wall, and then the shallow grouting was used to reinforce the surrounding rock, and the deep layer was finally drained and grouted layer by layer. The results show that the scheme can effectively seal the water inrush of the roadway, with the water reduction rate of 99.2%, and the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock after treatment is better, reaching the expected goal.
