摘要
以电商入仓服务业务发展为切入点,介绍了电商入仓服务的含义、功能及流程,并针对电商入仓服务进行市场需求分析和市场定位,提出从事电商入仓服务企业应具备的能力体系,包括规模和实力、运营管理能力、标准化建设及长短线目标,为电商入仓服务行业的发展与提升提供思路。
In this paper, taking the development of the e-commerce warehouse-entry services as a breakthrough point, we introduced the meaning, function and process of these services, further studied the market demand and positioning for them, and put forward the capability system that the enterprises engaged in the e-commerce warehouse-entry services should possess, including scale and strength,operational management capacity, standardization construction and long-term and short-term goals.
