281例桡神经病变的声像图分析

Study of Ultrasonogram for 281 Cases of Radial Nerve Lesions

目的:研究高频超声在桡神经病变中的声像图特点及诊断价值。方法:对281例临床上诊断为桡神经病变的患者行术前超声检查,对病变部位及类型进行定位和分类,与手术探查结果相比较,得出超声诊断符合率。结果:281例桡神经病变中,桡神经断裂47例、单纯性肿胀160例、卡压24例、肿瘤10例、神经炎17例及吻合术后23例,总体超声诊断符合率86.83%。结论:高频超声具有检出率高,安全、快速、无创、可重复观察等优势,可以对桡神经病变进行准确的定位、定性,并与其他检查有效互补,给临床提供重要的诊断、治疗信息,值得推广。

Purpose： To evaluate the characteristics and value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of radial nerve lesions. Methods： Two hundred and eighty-one patients with radial nerve lesions were examined with ultrasonography. The lesions were localized and classified. The diagnostic accurate rate of ultrasonography was calculated when compared with intraoperative findings. Results： In 281 cases of radial nerve lesions, there were 47 cases of radial nerve fracture, 160 cases of simple swelling, 24 cases of nerve compression, 10 cases of nerve tumor, 17 cases of neuritis and 23 cases of neuroanastomosis. The diagnostic accurate rate with ultrasonography was 86.83%. Conclusion： Ultrasonography has the advantages of high detection rate, safe, fast, noninvasive and repeatable observation. It has accurate localization and characterization in the radial nerve lesions and provides important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
