摘要
区别于处在城市内部的大多数旧产业建筑功能和权属完全转换的状况,处于运转厂区内的"失能厂房"改造和空间再利用,需要综合权衡厂区功能更新、旧工业建筑保护等多重因素。以济南重工车间组改造设计为例,阐述如何依据工业建筑空间环境特点,结合厂区生产的新需求,以点带面,通过设计手段由外而内的优化厂区整体功能、空间及环境系统。最终,阐述了场域更新、空间重组、功能植入、结构并置、流线重构的"适应性改造"方法和策略,以期为同类型工业失能厂房建筑的改造更新设计提供经验和借鉴。
Different from the renovation of most inner-city old industry buildings whose function and ownership are completely transformed,the transformation and renovation of "losing-manufactural plants"within factory area should balance the relationship between functional renovation of factory district and old industrial buildings protection,etc.Through the case study of the renovation design of plants in Jinan Heavy Industry Group,the paper illustrated how to optimize the function,space and environmental system of factories based on the industrial spatial characteristics and the new requirements of production. Finally,the adaptive transformation method and strategies,field transformation,spatial reconfiguration,functional insertion,structural juxtaposition as well as traffic reconstitution were illustrated,which could provide a reference for the similar industrial renovation projects.
