Q690D高强度钢材GTN模型的参数标定和应用 被引量:2

PARAMETER CALIBRATION AND APPLICATION OF GTN MODEL OF Q690D HIGH STRENGTH STEEL

摘要 高强度钢材在实际钢结构工程中逐渐得到应用,钢材的断裂分析模型是开展钢结构断裂预测的基础。对Q690D高强度钢材等直圆棒试样进行单调拉伸试验,获取材料的基本力学性能参数和真应力-塑性应变曲线。基于Q690D高强度钢材等直和缺口圆棒试样的单调拉伸试验和有限元分析,标定得到Q690D钢材的GTN模型损伤参数,分析圆棒试样中裂纹的起始位置。应用Q690D钢材的GTN模型,对缺口板状试样的单调拉伸破坏进行有限元计算,分析试样的裂纹起始和破坏过程,得到缺口板状试样的荷载-位移曲线。数值计算结果与试验结果的对比表明:Q690D钢材的GTN模型很好地模拟了缺口板状试样的断裂破坏过程。 High strength steel has been increasingly used in the steel structure constructions in recent years,and fracture analysis model of steel is the basis for predicting the fracture failure of steel structure. The smooth round bar specimens were tested under monotonic loading to obtain the basic mechanical properties and true stress-plastic strain curves of Q690 D high strength steel. The GTN model parameters of Q690 D steel were calibrated according to the experimental and numerical results of smooth and notched coupon specimens subjected to monotonic loading,and the cracking locations of coupon specimens were discussed. The GTN model of Q690 D steel was applied to simulate the fracture failure of notched pull-plated specimens. The crack initiation and propagation were predicted and load displacement curves of specimens were obtained. The comparison between the test results and predicted results showed that the GTN model of Q690 D high strength steel was able to well predict the fracture behavior of notched plate specimens under monotonic loading.
