浅谈沙钢炉底轨道秤使用维护心得体会

"一罐到底"生产工艺已经在钢铁企业生产中得到了普及,更是大多新建高炉的基础设计。"一罐到底"工艺给企业在成本控制、生产效率控制、成品质量控制以及环境保护控制上,起到了关键作用。炉底轨道秤,实时监控受铁罐内铁水重量,是精确控制铁水净重的唯一计量设备。"一罐到底"系统对单罐铁水净重要求较高(一般为±2t),单罐净重波动较大时,就会从根本上破坏"一罐到底"工艺的执行,使工艺的作用大打折扣。

The production process of ＂one can to the end＂ has been popularized in the production of iron and steel enterprises,and it is the basic design of most new blast furnaces. The ＂one pot to the bottom＂ process plays a key role in cost control, production efficiency control, finished product quality control and environmental protection control. The bottom track scale is the only measuring equipment to accurately control the net weight of iron and water. The ＂one can to the bottom＂ system has high requirements on the net weight of a single can of iron water（generally ＋ ＋ 2 t）. When the net weight of a single can fluctuates greatly, the implementation of the ＂one can to the bottom＂ process will be fundamentally destroyed and the effect of the process will be greatly reduced.
