新一代执法记录仪研究与应用

警用执法记录仪装备在规范民警执法行为，维护民警执法权益，加强执法管理监督，提升队伍正规化、执法规范化水平等方面发挥了重要作用，但在设备功能、数据上传、管理平台兼容性等方面还存在一些问题。本文对警用执法记录仪在4G传输、人脸识别等新技术应用上进行探讨与实践，针对现存问题提有效的解决办法，在规范执法、优化服务的同时实现打击犯罪、维护治安的目标。

The police law enforcement recorder plays an important role in standardizing the law enforcement behavior of the police, safeguarding the legal rights and interests of the police, strengthening the management and supervision of the law enforcement, improving the regularization of the team building and the standardization of the law enforcement, yet in the actual use, some problems are exposed in terms of the equipment functions, data uploading, the compatibility of management platform, etc. Through studying and practicing the application of the new technology of 4G transmission and face recognition on the law enforcement recorder, this paper put forward practical solutions to the existing problems, the goal of combating crime and maintaining public security while standardizing law enforcement and optimizing service could thus be achieved.
