摘要
建立了采用正己烷作为萃取剂进行萃取、以气相色谱法定量检测地表水及生活饮用水种六六六、滴滴涕的方法。结果表明各目标化合物标准工作曲线的相关系数在0.99863~0.99997之间,回收率在73.8%~121%之间,RSD在1.4%~4.6%之间,本方法可以满足测定地表水及生活饮用水的要求。
A method for the quantitative determination of 666 and DDT in surface water and drinking water by gas chromatography was established with n-hexane as extractant. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve of each target compound was between 0. 99863 and 0. 99997,the recovery rate was 73. 8% to121%,and RSD was 1. 4% to 4. 6%. This method could be used to determine organochlorine pesticides in surface water and drinking water.
