Research on Mapping Relations Between Metadata of the First Page of Medical Records and FHIR Elements

在健康信息互联共享需求如此迫切的当代,实现信息的标准化是全面实现互联互通的前提。病案首页是病案信息的核心,实现病案首页的标准化对医院质量管理、科学研究、医疗保险付款和DRGs(疾病诊断分组)工作具有重要作用。因此,在考虑病案首页结构、标准化现状及HL7下一代标准框架——FHIR的基础上,结合卫计委颁布的最新版病案首页规范,初步完成病案首页元数据与FHIR DSTU2资源各元素的映射。

The precondition to actualize entirely the interconnecting and interworking of the information is to achieve the standardization of it with the urgent demand of health information sharing in the contemporary era. As heart of medical records, the first page plays an important role in hospital quality management, science research, payment on insurance, and DRGs. The paper accomplished the mapping between metadata of the first page and FHIR elements based on the structure and standardization status of first page, FHIR and the latest version of first page specification issued by National Health and Family Planning Commission of PRC.
