可穿戴设备在发达国家康复医学中的研究与应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的:通过对发达国家可穿戴设备在康复医学中的应用研究文献进行分析,了解其应用现状及未来发展趋势。方法:检索外文数据库PubMed,严格遵照文献纳排标准,对文献进行分类和统计分析。结果:经检索共获得相关文献和资料414篇,初筛后纳入文献336篇,复筛后最终纳入文献59篇。结论:可穿戴设备在康复医学中的研究与应用日益增加,主要在四种重点疾病康复及康复辅具应用方面。可穿戴设备在康复医学中辅助康复训练,减少人力投入,提高训练效果。 Objective: To analyze the applied research literature of wearable devices in developed countries in rehabilitation medicine, and to understand their application status and future development trends. Methods: The Pub Med database was searched, the literature was classify and statistically analyzed according to inclusion and excluding criteria. Results: After searching, a total of 414 related literatures and data were obtained. 336 articles were included after the initial screening, and 59 articles were finally included after rescreening. Conclusion: The research and application of wearable devices in rehabilitation medicine are increasing, mainly in the rehabilitation of four key diseases and the application of rehabilitation aids. Wearable devices assists rehabilitation training in rehabilitation medicine, reduces manpower investment, and improves training effect.
