根据医院目前所面临的特病管控要求以及实际接诊环境,以医保中心缴费信息和本地开单信息为数据基础,依托Web Server接口和SQL Server数据库,通过自定义算法,对医院特病患者进行有效开方管控,系统涵盖患者特病信息显示、药品(特病)范围(是否超范围)、开药数量(是否超限)等,对一线门诊医生实际接诊有着巨大帮助的独特功能,有助于医生和医院进行合理的医保药品超量管控。另针对部分有实际需求(长期在外地等)的患者一次开多月剂量的要求,系统也提供医保办特殊审批功能,即人工审核后扩大某患者的最大开药量(原则上不可超年总量)。
