摘要
为了保障医院信息系统高效、稳定运行,针对日常信息故障快速有效处理变得尤为重要。运用ITIL管理理念对医院信息部门日常故障报修进行信息运维平台化管理,开发信息服务台系统。从人员、流程、工具三要素着手,完成信息故障报修的流程再造,实现快速响应、及时处理、有效监督,形成对故障事件的闭环管理。通过使用该系统,严格规范业务流程、显著提高工作效率和服务质量、为实施信息人员绩效管理提供有力依据。
To ensure the efficient and stable operation of hospital information system, it is very important to deal with daily information failure quickly and effectively. Using ITIL administration concept operates the information platform for hospital IT department daily malfunction report and development. Focus on the three important elements, staff, process and tools, re-build the process for information malfunction system report, to build the closed loop management for failure event. Though using the system, strictly standard the business process, improve working efficiency and service quality, provide the strong evidence for information staff performance administration.
